Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MoveFlow you agree to these terms. MoveFlow is operated by AdyNex. These terms apply to all subscribers ("you") of the platform.

2. Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle
• A 14-day free trial is available on all plans. A payment card is added at sign-up but is not charged during the trial; cancel before the trial ends and you are not billed
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices shown in GBP and subject to change with 30 days notice

3. Acceptable use

You may not use MoveFlow to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Violate any UK laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Resell access without written permission from AdyNex

4. Liability

MoveFlow is provided "as is". AdyNex is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

5. Data

You own the data you enter into MoveFlow. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in English courts.
