• Account data: name, email address, company name, phone number
• Billing data: subscription details processed by Paddle (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, log data
• Customer data: removal customer details entered by our business subscribers
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages and chatbot conversations

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the MoveFlow platform
• To process subscription payments via Paddle
• To send transactional emails (invoices, contracts, notifications)
• To provide customer support
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate MoveFlow:

• Paddle — payment processing
• Twilio — WhatsApp messaging
• Anthropic — AI quote and chatbot generation

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@moveflow.app.
